Public Health Taster Day

This Public Health Taster day has been designed to provide an overview Public health, some of the key public health challenges within local, national and global health and an opportunity to meet and learn from some of our experienced and dedicated public health professionals.

During the session delegates will hear first-hand from staff based in our different functional teams about;

• How we work as part of a Public Health System to protect and improve health
• Who we work with (our partners and stakeholders)
• What we ‘do’

This taster day is aimed at people who are keen to understand more about the scope and breadth of Public Health.  The day will also inform what you can do to improve and protect health in your everyday practice.
